This project was made in collaboration with the software company Relesys, which offers a platform that optimises business with The Relesys Platform. They gather all the communication, daily operations and training in one solution, making it easily accessible to all of the employees at any time. The overall goal in this project was to create a tool that motivates the user (which is the employee) and be used by a manager. While getting internal data regarding how satisfied the users are at work, the manager can keep track on their personal state and progress, in order to find out how to keep them happy.
